I am really surprised nobody has visualized that these pilots will be watching from the top of a 50-meter high building when they land. Knowing the last people who were there had their asses almost hanging in the lunar asphalt. That is a hundred times more cooler to me than the landing itself. Furthermore if they decide to leave an empty starship there on the surface as a permanent base.

For scale, 50 meters is how high above the lunar surface an astronaut would be if he was standing on the top of the Arc de Triomphe on the moon with these people
