Why are humans so much more developed than pretty all other organisms on Earth? We're vastly more intelligent, capable of dealing with pain without going into shock, have opposable thumb's, have absolutely insane endurance to a degree where there's a guy who can run across entire states without stopping, are capable of throwing objects with precision, we're capable of actually recovering from broken limbs without being cripples due to group dynamics, and we have insanely long lifespans that can reach up to 122 years which puts us in the top 10 longest lived non-plant life on Earth.

When you think about it's absolutely insane just how superior humans are compared to all other forms of life.

*New features?
*Improved efficiency?

Let's keep it to the biological template, the cybernetics division can have their fun with implants and such later. Our job is to improve the "empty slate" so to speak.

OP here, let's get this thread on track again, no Ancient aliens bullshit. If evolution is real and we all just exist because of random mutations then why aren't there animals that have for example one eye on the forehead and the other on the chin?
Why is there symmetry everywhere? That doesn't make any sense. Not that much of what you say makes any sense to a clear thinking person but that can't even make sense to you.

I find it laughable that creationists praise an all-powerful diety and argue for his existence using the existence of complex organsims such as humans and claiming this to be his intelligent design.

The only reason why all life isn't so simple is because it survives better when it's more complex in such a way that it makes it ideal for survival.

For example, the creatures that can use bits of their body for consumption of food will survive much better than those that can't. This allows evolution toward complex muscle design. Those that focused on repairing dammaged and lost tissue would survive better than those that don't, allowing regeneration.
Those that fought off invading bacteria and other foreign things alien to the body would survive better than those that let themselves be attacked and die of disease. This allowed evolution in favor toward immune systems.
And yet, even though it's so obvious this is a work of nature through the course in time, they insist this is intelligent design. It's not- it's common sense!
The only reason why human beings are special is because they developed the most powerful aspect of evolution- the ability to quickly learn and process knowledge. The fact that we are THE dominant species on our planet proves this.

There is no god. There is only chaos, which births varieties of all living things of all shapes and sizes, and nature, which promotes those most suited last to exist for an extended period of time. Everything else dies off much quicker. This is the only reason why life seems so complex. Everything else stupidly 'made' died off long before we get the chance to see our world.

It is good to be in a species so intellegent and powerful.

What is the past and why can we only touch it with memories? That being the case, does it no longer exist as a physical phenomenon in space and time?
