Seriously, DO NOT DO THIS. It's proven that this actually hampers your ability to take exams. Several scientific studies have shown that it's far easier to reproduce the material during an exam, if you're surrounded/take the exams in the same circumstances that you studied in. In other words, it's easier to remember the material if you put yourself in similar situations. So if you study with music, you'll need music to perform better. This isn't an option during exams. So study in complete silence, because these circumstances are the same during an actual exam.

Science needs practical application. Without engineering, science would just be a theoretical branch of philosophy.
