I know Gabapentin and Pregabalin have all sorts of downstream effects... I'm aware they're VDCC inhibitors, not technically dopamine agonists or reuptake inhibitors, but does their mechanism of action at all raise dopamine levels or affect dopamine receptors?

Lots of people feel happier, energized, more social, and better at focus/executive function on the right dose (even if memory is famously impaired), which implies to me that it's not just slowing neurotransmitter activity across the board.

I'm trying to reduce my Adderall tolerance and restore my very-impaired dopamine function by taking a drug vacation wherever possible and wondering if being on a higher dose of Gabapentin is making recovery any worse.

Would you like to have a serious conversation about the relationship between philosophy and science or are you just /x/-posting? There's a copy of Critique of Pure Reason on the desk right now.

P1: All inherent implications of Ex-Nihilo Mind is contrary to naturalism.
P2: Involvement of humans minds inherently implies Ex-Nihilo Mind.
C: Involvement of human minds is contrary to naturalism.

Against P1 - why would an Ex-nihilo Mind be contrary to naturalism? Schopenhauer's World as Will and Representation was suggested, because although Schopenhauer does not suggest ex-nihilo, Schopenhauer suggests a Natural Mind at the base of reality - the 'Will'. Besides, why would Ex-Nihilo necessarily be personalistic or supernatural? Against P2, why would humans minds - capable of only processing information into different forms, analogously suggest there is an Ex-Nihilo Nind able to generate new information out of nowhere (because Ex-Nihilo suggests not only creation of matter out of Nothing, but also creation of information out of Nothing)? And so C does not appear to follow.

All the potential counterarguments to OP were in >>14627423. They have merely been explicitly spelled out out here, because unfortunately, without spelling them out, they were not apparent to the basicness of the replies to >>14627423. You would expect /sci/ you implicitly appreciate the tangents in >>14627423.

They actually shake the foundations of science and call to question essentially everything that their "lessons" tell you about existence. Basically all of the "knowledge" scientists have rely on some pretty strong assumptions. They tell you they know what is happening 5 million lightyears away but they actually only see it from the vantage point of Earth. Essentially the scientists are just looking at a giant projection in the sky and telling us what the projection tells us to very accurate degrees. And that's IF they are actually being as rigorous as they say they are. Who is to say objects in the sky DON'T spontaneously travel somewhere they shouldn't? You have to put a lot of FAITH into the people watching it constantly and generally they don't respond well to any challenges to their assumptions.

I've had a big lump on my one of my balls for like 10 years.

I don't think its a big deal. Should I do something about it? I feel like the medical industry will give me chemo and it will weaken me and I'll get a cold and die.

I'm not going to Google it for you, retard. No matter what I tell you, you're going to disagree with it because your motivation is not to substantiate the claims of relativity, or an alternative theory, but to try to diminish or uproot scientific theories made by Jews. Come back with a real question if you want to be taken seriously.

Short answer is no.
On an epistemologic point of view, economics theories contains moral axioms. Such theories are pseudo-scientific, and refer to the term scientism.

Tomorrow I'm going to get my first Calc 2 test back, and I'm almost positive I not only failed the test, but I failed very badly(I'm talking sub 50 here). Anyway I've been trying to do as many of the online HW problems as possible but in all honesty I find most of them to be insanely hard. How the fuck do people pass this fucking class? And the tutoring at my school is extremely limited which only makes this problem worse. I REALLY do not want to re take this goddamn class, especially during the summer. Any tips? My midterm is gonna be next week most likely.
