Well, there's your problem. How about you change your bad attitude, and actually study math. Plebian.

I assume you can just solve the schrodinger equation for these scenarios, but I am shit at calculus.

Why do you need math when there are calculators?

Your consciouness can be reduced and extracted as raw info. You could be copied like a file on a computer. You could duplicate your file, it would be the same as the orginal upon creation, but they would be different after that.

You could transfer your file to another system, but that is the same as copying and deletion of the orginal file.

Hence it may be "functionally" possible to keep your stream of consciouness going, however is this really your consciouness?

If I transer a file from one computer to another, do I say it is the same file? Do I say that this one file has continued to exist? functionally the answer is yes, but physically the answer is......NO. (Also physically the no cloning theorm prevents this)

If I print out a pdf, then burn it, then print out the same pdf again. Do I say that the new pdf, is just the old pdf? That it has continued to exist? Or do I just have a duplicate of the orginal?

Can someone explain something to me? It's so that I can have a better understanding of calculus. THIS IS NOT A HOMEWORK. This is me asking /sci/ to help the retarded be resmarted.

if <span class="math">f(g(x)) = g(f(x))
, then is there some rule about what form the two functions have to take? In other words I want to know what f(x) and g(x) have to be in order to satisfy <span class="math">f(g(x)) = g(f(x))
halp plz
