I once had a depressive mania induced psychotic episode.
My internal voice which would go rambling on and on (because of the mania), suddenly started feeling like someone else's voice.
I still, however, was aware that it was my own subvocalized thinking process (because it made sense) - it just felt like the "ownership" wasn't mine anymore - like it lost some sort of mental flag. But even before that happened, it was very hard for me to control my thoughts - because of mania, there were to many of them, I couldn't stop myself from thinking.
