How do different areas of the brain differ anatomically? Are they all neural networks?
If so would it hypothetically be possible that one part of the brain takes pver the part of another?
For example could the auditory area which goes unused in a deaf person be trained to assist the frontal cortex?
Efficiency isn't my concern just theoretical possibility.
