no. it has been shown in various studies and measurements.

imo it's probably correlated with how much neanderthal DNA a person has, but i don't know to which extent it has been proven. east asians and europeans have the most neanderthal DNA whereas africans have little to no neanderthal DNA. it is thought that neanderthals were more "autistic" and less socially cooperative than homo sapiens but not necessarily less intelligent.

All the evidence points towards blacks not being as intelligent on average than other races. They score 15 points lower on an IQ test, worse on the SAT, and every other test too. Can't be culture because that doesn't explain why all predominantly black countries are doing terribly. Also doesn't explain why blacks in every country have a much higher crime rate. Isn't money because even when that is accounted for they still score less on the SAT. Pic related.

The only answer that pans out is they are genetically dumber on average. It isn't the answer we would like to be true, but there is no sense in living in a make-believe reality.

This is one of the main reasons I don't think the race issue is because of money.

Also I am doubting it is American culture because that is relatively new, and it doesn't explain why other countries still have the same issue regaurding race gaps.

The fact that every African run nation is doing poorly despite of it's location is another dead giveaway(e.g. north of africa, south of africa, Haiti, ect.). Along with a noticeable difference in crime rate dependent on race for every single country is another one. Then there is the IQ tests, the SAT tests, and even when accounted for wealth of the participants it still comes out that race plays a crucial role.

People basically have to bury their heads in the sand to ignore this, not unlike religion.

I don't know about you, but I prefer to base my opinions off of facts, not what I want to be true. It doesn't matter if mine has more negative consequences if it is wrong, as that doesn't make it any less truthful.

-Household income can't be accurately compared with per capita income: Family sizes vary, with a racial component, inflating the wages some families make.
