My dreams feel really unusual like I was teleported to a different universe or reality. A lot of the time it feels like something is trying to directly communicate with me through my dreams, and my dreams are really very different from what my waking brain is like, my dreamworld is very different from my conscious thoughts and it's like a whole different person. I can't emulate it while awake. Scientifically speaking how is this possible?

>accumulate hundreds of thousands of student debt
>get PhD
>fast forward 10 years, making 85k salary
>weeb best friend is a high-school drop out
>acquires a water sewage treatment apprenticeship
>he went from a 25k grocery job to 125k in three years and bought a house
God bless him for it, I'm so glad my friend made it. Anyway, yeah PhDs are a scam.

>academic standards at an all time low
>student/faculty morale at an all time low
>universities bleeding money, cutting costs and nickel-and-diming students any way they can

>internet-based classes slowly making everyone realize their "education" is 99% shit they could google
>big companies already dropping degree requirements
Based COVID finally killing universities once and for all

>The paper suggested that the findings provide “strong support” for the theory that sexual orientation stems from exposure to certain hormones before birth, meaning people are born gay and being queer is not a choice.
>/sci/ on suicide watch

Why? /sci/ has been the ones saying homosexuality was genetic (thus all the threads about what is the biological benefit in nature) while /pol/ was saying it was choice to justify they just being degenerates.

If the A.I. can prove being gay is genetic, religious and conservative fags lose big time because now all there efforts are seen as high level discrimination akin to racism.

However we need to see the actual written code and referenced mathematical formulas that we're utilized for their algorithm to make sure it's accurate.

Also I would say that if this holds up it's a huge win for the epigenetics crowd since it lends more evidence that the external environment can affect you.
