The theory that nothing can be faster than light was a half-baked idea shat out by Einstein with literally ZERO evidence or proof of any kind.

Everyone just unquestioningly accepted it and sucked his scientific dick because he was the great and wise Einstein, savior of the universe. Bullshit.

Einstein is the modern day Aristotle.

/sci/ Will you please share your experiences with me on obtaining letters of recommendation?

I was going to ask my Organic Chemistry professor for one this semester but I became a little intimidated. I overheard her speaking to another student/coworker (can't remember) saying that she really likes it when students just write the letters themselves and then she overviews it.

Is this expectation typical of most professors in your experience? Should I just ask another professor? The problem is I can only think of one or two more professors to ask.

If I still decide to ask her, would calling her/writing an email be appropriate now that the semester has ended? To be honest, I avoided her a bit this semester because she was VERY stressed and turning students away for just about anything.

Now I feel as though I royally screwed myself since I didn't anticipate needing a few for an undergrad internship.
