Is it "wrong" to use stimulants such as dexedrine/adderall/concerta to get ahead of your fellow students in competitive STEM fields such as engineering?

Taking dexedrine doesn't make me any smarter, but it allows me to apply myself so much more and work more efficiently. I can maintain a study routine of 6-9 hours a day and actually enjoy it.

(I'm in MIT's aerospace engineering program and I'm often competing with ACTUAL geniuses)

Considering changing my major from babby geology to chemistry, but I don't know anything about the job market for chem majors or even what kind of jobs you can get with a chem degree. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
