The answer for this is simple.
Seeing as traversable Einstein-Rosen bridges, and Alcubierre drives are untenable, you must look into how to conquer the problem of time.
Generational and embryo arks are also untenable, due to the amount of psychological damage that would be imparted upon the participants.
Therefore, this only leaves the solution of cryopreservation, which is tenable, and is only an engineering problem; and negligible senescence research.
Together, these allow for the protection of the crew from risks when travelling at relativistic speeds like radiation (cryo), the seeming quickier passage of time (cryo), and for longer periods of biological activity if required (SENs).
SENs also mitigates the psychological impact, because rather than the certainty of your loved ones having died many hundreds, or even thousands of years ago, they could still be alive and well.
So, for space travelling to ba viable at sub- and near-light speeds, we need to focus on cryonics and SENs.

Well no, as I've already said, IQ has a major genetic component, and I never said that it did not.
In fact: >>10289152 asserts the estimates of genetic input.
However, there is some enviromental input, so perhaps, they might gain a few IQ points over a couple of generations, sure.

But again, do you have any other data apart from the self-admittedly shoddy methodology of Richard Lynn? No? Oh dear, it looks like I can defend my thesis, but you can't.

That's a real shame.
