Call me a retard or a conspiracy theorist if you want but I was wondering..

What is there exactly to stop a bank declaring "lol you now owe me $100000" and simply writing up the documents to prove it? Since banks essentially have a monopoly on what is an official document along with far more legal experience than the average person, about the only thing the average person has is their signature but the bank can simply write more fake documents and say "oh, look at all these cheques and forms you sent us with this version of your signature, obviously you changed your signature so you can pretend everything you signed was made up by us, you sneaky fraudster you".

Am I missing something here? Obviously banks can't do it to everyone or so blatantly or they wouldn't get away with it but let's say some largely unknown entrepeneur takes out a small loan, pays off the interest so it doesn't accrue and becomes a millionaire then the bank says "oh look at this clause, this means you owe us everything", what could be done to prevent this?

Everything is flawed, that's not the point, and most of the problems attributed to capitalism are not due to capitalism at all.

What you angst teens need to learn is that you most of your ideas were put there by groups far more powerful than you even if you think you're an edgy rebel, that there is no escape from reality, the poor are really very stupid, most of what you understand about the world comes with a large margin of error so none of your little theories can last more than a few logical steps before becoming impossible.

You are in a hopeless situation, you will need to be extremely intelligent and innovative in order to accomplish anything and what you accomplish will be nothing like what you had in mind, you would most likely be disgusted with your future self if you attempted this, which you probably won't since you are just an over-emotional human who has only just barely evolved the ability to construct civilization and probably not a particularly intelligent specimen.
