Probably the more esoteric disciplines of mathematical study. Simply because it is hard to visualize the abstract concept they deal with.

Current physics undergrad whose interests are mostly in theory, is it true I'll make literally no money if I pursue this? Its what I find the most interesting but have been considering switching to applied physics so I can pay off my loans before I die, as the majority applied physicists make a good amount more than your average theoretician. What do /sci/? Passion or money?

"In decision theory, the sure-thing principle states that a decision maker who would take a certain action if he knew that event E has occurred, and also if he knew that the negation of E has occurred, should also take that same action if he knows nothing about E."
This is intuitive. But implies that you ought to bet, which is unintuitive.
We must throw out the Sure Thing Principle, or else accept the result. We probably want to throw out the Sure Thing Principle -- which would be disastrous for decision theory and game theory

They're not zeros, in the simplest terms, they're 'numbers' that are so close to zero that nothing else could be closer than zero. A good analysis textbook can go through this much more formally for you

An "11 paragraph paper" should only take 4-5 hours of solid typing.

Those back to back essays could easily be done in another 4-5 hours.

Then you have a day and a half to study for the language final, which should be easy as shit.

Why are there so many atheists among scientists ?
We cannot prove god exists but we cannot disprove it.
God might be an entity and sure he might not affect us but why wouldnt you belive? Asif you would lose something. You could only gain eternal life in heaven or whatever if he were to exist.
What if god initiated the big bang ? And named the first to "humans" adam and eve ? The bible doesnt deny anything, and people who think the erath and eveything was created in 5 days or whatever are just stupid.
