To be determined. They recently touted that they have 50+ launches ordered, and they have supposed launch flexibility (they say they have flexibility yet choose to launch from Kodiak) and other unrevealed plans that have the government interested. However, it's not clear yet they have what it takes to remain in the top couple small launch companies, especially with the tiny rocket they have now.
Also, Starship isn't the game-changer for these companies. It's the Falcon rideshares and eventual tug advances. Starship will have much lower cost per kg, but they're not gonna be filling Starships with smallsats on a regular basis. The demand just isn't there, and it probably won't get there. SpaceX probably won't pass along a lot of the savings of Starship if there's not much price pressure (see Falcon costs pre- and post-reusability). Meanwhile, the Falcon rideshare prices are low enough that making the launches free probably wouldn't entice many more customers if they have special mission requirements. I'm not sure if tugs will be the death of these companies, but Falcon and Starship definitely aren't.
I'm hyped for the coming small launch bloodbath. A couple will survive for assured access if not for cost savings on special missions, but most won't.
