Well, I see that for whatever reason you didn't quote one of my posts.

Basically, yes, I've implemented pseudo-random number generators. xorshift, complimentary multiply with carry, etc, I realize how they work. If you see my post I linked, you'll realize we're having two separate conversations. The manner and mode of this influence is deliberately undefined. It is not stated that it's a hard materialistic mechanism, nor that it's something like reality being a lucid dream or any of the myriad different ideas you can come up with.

You're not thinking scientifically. How it works doesn't matter, that's not part of the hypothesis. The hypothesis is that a subject can be trained to influence results of some process above chance. If this is established, then you can look for mechanisms. You don't start at the other end and say "these are my notions of how the world works, therefore I know the result", ie an a priori position. As stated in that post, I've had numerous experiences where highly regulated, organized systems, temporarily ceased to produce deterministic output. That's all that matters. The explaining part is separate. If you don't even want to go down the avenue, just don't get involved.. You know?

It's surprisingly easy to weaponize parents' fear and faith, and surprisingly simple to amputate parts from a helpless infant.

It's surprisingly easy to be evil in a world full of people that just cannot think that way or imagine it.
