If there is no aether, and if Einstein's version of relativity is right, then what defines whether Bob is accelerating relative to the rest of the universe, or whether the rest of the universe is accelerating relative to Bob?

Ok but this thread is specifically directed at people who do believe Einstein's theory. I want to know their answer to this question. I already know the anti-Einstein answer so you don't have to tell me that.
