This is a mouth-breather face vs a nose-breather face. Most people don't seem to know this anymore but breathing through your mouth will lead to you growing up to be an ugly bastard.
A lot of the ugly people you see probably didn't have being an ugly bastard written in their genes: it was something that happened to them via an adolescence of not living in a healthy way.
With better parents they would be normal or good-looking.
