My IQ is 102 and my comprehension skills are poor.

I'm a STEMfag who recently just graduated and started looking for jobs. But the thing is I can't seem to even get past the online application part because I keep getting BTFO by numerical and verbal/logic reasoning tests.

I'm ok with simple percentage changes and alegbra, but when they start asking autistic puzzles that gets posted round here on /sci/ often (think "99% people can't solve this" type questions) I just get BTFO.

So how do I get good?

I appreciate any helpful insights or abusive insults.
