Remember Chinese water torture? When i was a kid, I thought this would be much bigger problem in my life than it turned out to be. However, if someone said, "Chinese water torture is just a drop of water and it can't hurt you," then would be about like calling gangstalking non-ionizing radiation, and calling this anal rape remote control electrocutor something other than what it is: torture.
