hey /med/ I'm getting some weird neck muscle pain I haven't really had before. 90% of my range of motion is fine but the last 5% of fully extending my neck anterior/posterior causes tenderness/pain in two muscles at the back of my neck flanking my spine.
Shit's weird, I don't remember doing anything unusual with my neck or holding it in a weird position. I worked out on Monday but it was a completely normal workout with no issues.
This is the second day now with my neck being like this, wtf?
