Well here's a bit moar then, self-awareness and emotional control are damn near impossible to achieve in the midst of what your doing. But it's not impossible. The road i advise is filled with a whole lot of discomfort. But as far as i can tell, it's the only road to take in order to achieve inner peace. I hate sound liek a hippie faggot, but it is what it is. There's no shortcut for this. Constant energy being poured into self-awareness and doing what you can to manipulate your own emotions/thoughts is the only thing i've found success with. I've just recently started doing a real faggoty thing to help myself out along this journey, which is asking god for help. I'm not religious, but through my constant endeavor of achieving self-awareness i have no choice but to recognize that i am controlled by my own emotions way more often than i'd liek. It's been absolute hell figuring this shit out but i guess i have the luxury of having snapped at age 11 or so and have been spending every waking moment since trying to understand everything i possibly can in order to bring myself peace.
