So apparently Starship can lose 10 engines and still limp off the OLM and clear the pad (but not make orbit).
Barring some weird issue with the clamps or a plumbing or pressure failure, it seems like clearing the pad, at the very least, is almost certain.

OFT-1 could be 100% successful and you just know so many people will say:
