Unless FTL bullshit really is possible and if we somehow manage to figure it out within the next 50 (probably not) your only hope lies with life extension technology, be it via stem cell buggery and organ printing or cybernetic enhancement. If we can get that shit figured out (and I'd say we're more likely to have some basic means of life extension within the next 50 years) then we should feasibly be able to make it to the stars with basic ass laser sails or fusion rockets or whatever.
