I think the famous racial scholar Dr. Jared Taylor offered a very simple explanation for racial differences in intelligence.

There was a very simple experiment devised in which subjects are told to memorize a list of words. Then they are told to recite it from top to bottom and then bottom to top. The subjects were Asian, Hispanic, African and White Americans and in both rounds Asians and Whites can out ahead, with Hispanic Americans performing poorly and African Americans performing dreadfully on that last round.
