fair enough, I didn't name /g/ because of how the atmo there is, /sfg/ is pretty inclusive so I guess the board probably isn't as influential mood wise as if it's a fast/slow burning board and I mean I just said that (in my opinion) sci is pretty retarded and pathetic overall but I still love /sfg/ and it may as well be on one of the horny fetish boards and it wouldn't make a difference...
But I see your point. If we migrated over to /pol/ for example that would most definitely change things. Dunno which one applies to /g/ and I don't need to find out :D

Hmmmm I'm no expert in aerogel. Would it really be that much better of an unsulator if we could create some that wouldn't break under the forces of launch/landing? I guess it's better than my crazy idea a few threads back: try to find a way to make the hypothetical supersolid (this is basically unobtainium right now). Lol. Someone give me the facts on aerogel insulation please
