Unlike muscles, memory typically does not improve with practice. There is a way to 'tidy' your brain however

>Meditate
>Whilst doing so, arrange memories in chronological order as they arise

This technique cause you to understand cause and effect. Also, pretty much anything done to improve health generally will improve cognition so things like exercise, good sleep and nootropics to improve vascular flow.

The Two Generals problem applies to all signals, including two people looking and talking to one another. Assuming lightspeed is unsurpassable, it also applies to neurons in the brain.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two_Generals'_Problem

Therefore it is unsolvable.

Skim the study before posting nonsense, the datas used were from
>http://correlatesofwar.org/data-sets/COW-war
ie: it's global datas

If you don't then learn at least to read a table: economic development has no noticeable impact, if anything the other major factor is IQ.

In any case ancient civilizations weren't constantly in a state of civil war despite their weak material prosperity compared to today.
Economic output as a marker of a successful society is typical westerner bias.
