If you don't lift, start asap.

You're a /sci/entist, so use all the autism/discipline you gained throughout all those years of stem studies to develop your body to the peak of natural human performance.

Clean up your diet, start eating nutrient dense, high quality, high protein foods consistently, make it a reflex to it well. Things like whole eggs, grass fed beef, rice, greek yogurt, chicken, tuna, salmon, sardines and sweet potatoes qualify as good food.

Start training slow and easy, gradually make it harder and harder.
If you have for example 4 days a week to train, train 3, this way there's no excuse.
Start with a simple strenght training routine,do research on all the basic movements, do research on exercise science, hone your technique, perfect your training, get a fuck ton stronger.
Specially at the beginning you will get strong fast, I went from a 135x5 squat to a 275x5 squat in about 5 months.
From there start adding volume work, start adding isolation work and get jacked.

You will see how your mind clears and becomes stronger.
Your mental endurance will increase a shit ton from all those heavy ass sets, your mental clarity will be thru the roof from all that new, natural testosterone cruising thru your veins.
You will feel a lot better, have a lot more energy and vitality, your mind will be sharper, better, your peers will have a lot more respect for you now, and treat you way better. You'll constantly find women looking at your way and blushing and grabbing their hair when talking to you.
You will feel like how a damn man should feel.

Unironically start lifting, EVERYTHING else will follow.

Read practical programming for strength training and starting strength. (Dont do gomad ffs) and based on what you learn start training consistently.

Obviously clean up your diet.

Lifting will give you confidence and clarity like you havent had for years.

itll make you look better and itll make you significantly stronger both mentally and physically.

As you'll have a lot more confidence and much better looks all your social interactions will massively improve, people will naturally respect you and hear what you have to say, this will make it piss easy for you to get a job, a gf, friends, etc.

Lifting is your silver bullet friend.

Good physical condition is proven to make you smarter.
Im a proficient lifter and im majoring in EE with a math minor in one semester.
And yes, lifting most definitely helps with women, but lifting for pussy is beyond cucked and as soon as you get pussy you will quit. Dont lift for pussy. Lift to make a better you my bro.
