Why does this board always reduce the entire analytic tradition to a kind of logical positivism? Even Wittgenstein, usually the poster child for the common stereotype of the autistic analytic STEMfag was predominantly mystically minded in regards to ultimate truths. Just because the analytic tradition doesn't directly talk about or describe all of the schizo stuff continentals do, doesn't mean its absence is not a fascinating and integral part to analytic thought.

I've always noticed that brainlets compare real life scenarios to Animal Farm as though they're profound or if it represents a complex level of insight. I view them as Sarah Palin tier midwits and usually don't have much interest in discussing anything with them after that. I cringe whenever they say they shoehorn into political discussion "some animals are more equal than others", as if this is meant to be profound or as if I'm going to give them some non-pseud points for that.

I'm considering asking a neurosurgeon resident friend to preform a decompressive craniectomy on me, strictly off-the-books.

I'm not a dualist per se, I subscribe to a lot of Eastern thought, especially non-dualism.

I simply think the one thing (the Absolute,Truth etc) which is the root of all things manifests both our universe and the qualia. That is to say, both are things-in-themselves, which originate from some higher, root Truth.
