Fuck man this is so so good. The humor is amazing. It starts off extremely strong.
It trails off a bit at the end. There is so much disparate information in the last two paragraphs, that seem to have no connection, like the two for one beer coupon, the condom. Both of the "You never know, you know?" shouldn't be part of the story at all. This makes an otherwise great piece seem unfocused and diluted. Otherwise you have a strong goddamn story on your hands.

Just read Griffiths' E&M like every other undergrad. Also what are you doing reading all this shit about perpetual motion, if you're reading at this level (and understanding it, which may not be the case since you seemingly believe in infinite energy sources) you should have at least done some thermodynamics which leads you pretty conclusively to realise infinite energy/perpetual motion is bullshit
