Then fuck off to leftypol or reddit. You've got plenty of choices for that.
And besides that, we discuss leftist thinkers and authors here all the time. I often start Adorno, Lasch and Ellul threads here, even though i'm pretty far right wing myself and yes i know classifying Lasch as left wing isn't uncontroversial. I'd never go to /pol/ to do that

How do hinduism and buddhism differ, exactly? I know Buddhism acknowledges that gods exist, so how are they different? Does hinduism see the wheel of samsara as something positive, while buddhism sees it as something negative?

Im looking for books/authors that describe the most horrible and depraved things that humanity is capable of, in vivid and minute detail. Already read some Céline.

>It's not about psychological projection though. It's about recognizing collective self-interest.
The collective working class doesnt exist. There exist only a multitude of working classes, each with different interests. Why do you think communist proposals of a different world have become so unappealing to the working class, and why do you think most communist 'revolutions' weren't proles rising up, but just glorified coups by disgruntled soldiers and the bourgeoisie? 'The' working class doesn't strive towards anything.

And what do workers have to gain from communism anyway? To work without alienation, which basically means that they can do work that has no meaning. You can be a factory worker, doing work that's completely useless and without necessity. You can make bricks that no one needs, make shitty paintings that no one likes, or become a lumberjack, chopping wood that wont be used. They'll sacrifice their community, their religion, their culture and their nation, all for THAT? No wonder that they never act in their 'own self interest'.

>Something like less than 0.001 percent of people are sexually interested in infants so issues of sex with infants is an extraordinarily rare case in the first place.
Right, so because almost no one wants to fuck infants, it should be legalized? And how would people like Ian Watkins get punished then? Would they get punished at all?

What's the dumbest reason you've ever seen someone dislike a book or dismiss it? Can be for personal reasons or political reasons.
I've seen people dismiss Houellebecq because he's an incel, despite being married.

Nathan Oseroff is Drunkentune, former headmod of badphilosophy. What's funny is that he was a self-described conservative, despite sounding like a radlib/commie.

Not sure if this is the right board to ask, but i'm looking for literature on architecture and the spiritual basis for architecture and perhaps urban planning. This isn't restricted to the architecture of temples, but of course it'll be a big part of the topic.

I know Guenon and Evola wrote a bit about it, but not much more than just that.

>now suddenly it's in question by people who are deranged and unhappy themselves
>also pls ignore the high surge of divorce rates and the fact that emancipation actually hasn't improved the happiness of women
What wonders will the future hold?

That's why you shouldn't be an anti-natalist.

I like Nabby from an aesthetic point of view, but reading more on his views on other writers has me convinced that he had a massive inferiority complex.

What exactly is 'dialectics' in the Hegelian/Marxist sense of the word? I see it used constantly, but no one seems to really know what it means, or seem to employ contradictory definitions of the word. It doesn't help that has become the left-wing equivalent of 'degeneracy' on the right, as in, a word that can be used to describe anything you like or dislike.

Could anyone give any real criticism on why Scruton is supposedly crap? Because unlike meme philosophers like Pinker or Harris, Scruton actually knows quite a lot about aesthetics and had a significant impact on the philosophy of aesthetics.
