Book Depository sent me a second copy of a book because the first one didn't arrive in the set date. And now, months later, both arrived together.

Should I contact them and send it back or just keep both copies? What would you do?

keep taking big nuts in one of them until its just a hard black jizz encrusted brick

I already do that to IJ, so no need for a second cum book.

>> No.9377098

Same thing happened to me with Amazon once. They just told me to keep it.

>> No.9377217

Same thing happened with me and BD. I sent them an email about getting both of them and they told me to keep them. Up to you if you want to write to them and get the same message.

Take a big gross shit in one and close it, take a picture and send it to them with a furious email.

>> No.9377360

They expect a certain amount of books to never show up and provide for it in their accounting.

Do you really care about the infinitesimal hit to amazon's bottom line?

Send me the extra copy.

I actually thought /lit/ would tell me sending it back was the only right thing to do.

the best thing to do is to donate it a local. library or charity shop

I mean as others have said big online retailers won't give a shit since it's their mistake.

sending them book back would a waste of their time since they'd have to check the book for damage then ship it back a warehouse etc.

just not worth their time especially as they've already paid for the postage

>> No.9378654

I used to work for this company,

If you contact them they'll just tell you to keep the book provided the value was under about £30.

Should have lurked more in the last couple of days my main man. Look at how dapper Kant is with a smile on his face.

A Russian software company, which is clearly a front for the FSB, released an app that changes your face with an eerie degree of lifelikeness, clearly so that they can mine facial data from the hordes of normies who are willingly sending them their data, and eventually emulate their faces in realtime in videofeeds. Not that heinous when it's just normies, but perfection of the software, which the endless stream of raw data being fed into it is surely helping, will allow the Russkies to emulate state leaders on video feeds within a couple of months. What a time to be alive!

It's Pynchon's V.

I'd send it back if they pay for delivery or give it to some library.
