I don't think that he will regret it in these years, he has enough distraction and actual entertainment going on to not notice that. I also don't think that Rogan's is the worst existence available (he's not a child mining lithium in Congo).
That said my opinion stands: one day in his 80s/90s he will get high on either schrooms or pot brownies, and he will be able to see his entire life as an unitary experience.

My first post was exactly about this. THe fact that he is not self-aware, and given his psychedelic regimen he will become so one day, when all these things will be a thing of the past and he will be able to put his entire life in a single continuum. Once he will see, under the effect of weed or LSD, how did he actually spend his life there will be no way he won't be severly disappointed.

Not him, but that's a loaded answer. It is easier to identify lives that are not well spent, and make countless specific examples of lives well spent. There's no general rule, you usually have to make that yourself. Historical influence, accomplishments in art and science, and lives devoted to philantropy with success can be considered well spent.
Spending your entire life doing stupid shit, smoking weed while also being completely uncharitable seems a wasted life. There is no reedeming factor, at best you can say that it was an entertaining life, but that's a bit too nihilistic to me. If you have any value whatsoever (inb4 spooks) that life is completely wasted.
