Does anyone on /lit/ actively study new vocabulary they come across? Like taking note of any new words you happen upon, and then making steps to become more familiar with it?

I'm curious, because I recently started reading again and was thinking of making this a habit. What methods do you use? Thinking of doing something with Anki and using them in short bursts of writing

Every morning, while eating breakfast, I'll pick 20 words at random from my vocabulary and memorize them. Also when reading poetry I always check different encyclopedias and dictionaries to be more aware of what is going on.

That's pretty interesting, admittedly it's a little relieving that other people also spend some time memorizing vocabulary on the side. It seems like a logical thing to do, do you have a physical written list or do you have the words typed up?
