Companies and workers both have to stay at the cutting edge to compete. Workers need marketable skills, companies need the latest technology. This creates a system where everyone is constantly striving to be better.

Marxism on the other hand is based on forced altruism. Nobody cares about their job, or performing better for a raise, the society is static.

(if you have never worked a warehouse or factory-end job, a production-end job, or even a customer service job, you have no grounds to even try and dispute a claim such as this, which is true of actually existing capitalism even if it does not fit your romantic and distorted image of thought). read kropotkin's "mutual aid" in order to understand the deeply flawed logic of your last claim. The types of jobs you use to support your argument are a; products of the technological advancement capitalism produced, and b; very low-skill requirement jobs.

As for hiring disabled peoples, that is easily explained away by government offering those incentives you spoke of. No sane employer would hire a one armed man over a two armed one, but if you get enough money and publicity to offset the negatives, well it's obvious.

The same could really be said of Capital. We have no alternatives to Capital, than more and more Capital at this point in history because of the Truman Doctrine. So we're in the same place we similarly were in the late 19th early 20th century, somewhat.

That wasn't a good time for Capital.

You have to have competition not only within it, but outside of it for it to work. People have to adapt to question the nature of everything organized itself, if you cannot question it, people start to get angry. Especially when it becomes so blatant their getting the shit end of the stick.
