I wouldn't call him an atheist, per se. His "Analysis of Mind" lecture isn't exactly materialist. At least not in the classical "edgy atheism" sense.
Also I really don't understand why people keep saying he was a positivist autist. He literally demonstrated how dumb it is to take that shit too far.
