I read Philosopher's at age ~14 and I thought it was pretty boring, dropped it a little over halfway through. The movies are fun enough though.

Good for you, faм. But don't waste your time on Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows, it's garbage.

Same here anon. Just about to finish the third book.

Extremely comfy series.

i picked up the series when i was like 10 just after the second book came out, ended up thinking it was the tits and forcing my parents to preorder every book whenever possible over the years. now it's dated and definitely a children's story but all this worthless extra expository shit rowlings been spouting since hallows was released is making it even worse honestly, literally no one gives a fuck about things like the sexuality of characters in a children's series and adding on what amounts of tidbits of trivia in an attempt to croak out "im still here haha!!! harry potter hahaha!!!!" before her financial airway gets clamped shut by the boot of new and more entertaining media is as desperate a grab for attention as any. overall 6.5/10 needs a gritty reboot

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for responses, I can tell you I don't have anything funny to say. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you stop reading Harry Potter now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.

your 20. your still very much a kid. a young adult. I see no problem with this.

I don't care about Harry Potter, nor do I have any plans to ever read it or watch the movies, but this is the single best post on /lit/ right now, troll or no, because it /expressly suggests an anon actually reading something/ because he wants to, and proudly proclaiming same to the world.

Satanspeed, anon.

When I was your age I spent my time reading Eugene O'neill, banging whores, and chain smoking cigarettes while playing sad accordion music in a dimly lit room.
For real tho Harry Potter is gay AF.
