How do you like your local library?

>> No.7201226

I don't know what approach this comic is trying to take. Do they think they are actually turning the tables, or is it just like, a self-aware joke? Because I can't expect that from having read all the other smug and terrible strips

I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.

That comic tho...
>Bondu
So it's a weeb too?
>teehee my parents are so weird for treating my like 99.98% of the people who look like me.
Wow yeah lets just get salty with the people who appear to have accepted your new status without much question, house and feed you.

I think thon literally believes that it's dumb to pick your child's gender at birth. That just embarrasses you when the kid turns 10 or however old this character is and discovers her true, immutable gender.

It's not a joke it is just some tg chronicling its life. The comic has a small fanbase of similar people empathising and a huge fanbase of people using it as an example of all that is wrong with the world. Has nothing to do with books or libraries except the administrative setting.

Trans-gendered people are literally less than a half a percentage point of the whole population.

How does it feel that people care about those people more than you or me? or the betas? or the straight men? or the white men?

They hate you for what you're born as (I'm assuming straight white male in his 20s) and they love them for their biological failures.

>people care about those people more than you or me

Some people. As far as I can tell they don't enjoy much acceptance in general. And why should people care about you or me? Stop feeling sorry for yourself.

For what it's worth, though, I think the transgender shit is awful and disgusting. I've known two guys who went transsexual and both had serious mental issues long before the change. One was a nasty racist fucker who was debilitatingly antisocial and drew MLP porn in his spare time, the other shares 40+ images a day on facebook, mostly a mix of 'fuck the 1%', 'acid activates the spiritual centre of your brain', and 'ancient aboriginal proverb about sharing the land' type shit.

Which doesn't mean we should beat them up. But we should go on warning against it for as long as we can.

>People care more about a marginalized social group that historically been under heavy persecution than the majority group that has historically been afforded the most rights of all

I mean don't at all agree with most this tumblr and public pandering bullshit but you're just playing the retard here.

Two or so years ago I thought I was moving out of town; so I checked out a stack of all my favorite books with the intention of keeping them and forgetting about the local library altogether.
I didn't end up moving anywhere and the guilt of trying to steal from them has kept me from going back.
I just go to used bookstores now.
My wallet hurts.
