Is there any point in reading children books, such as The Little Prince, as an adult?

Nostalgia?

Personally, I love quality children's books. Part of the reason that I'm eager to read to my niece is because I want to read them, myself.

Le Petit Prince is really an adult's book masquerading as a children's book. It's great.

If you haven't read them before, do it now. Classic children's books are important as hell. It's like not knowing Greek myth.
