Is it normal to always think your writing fucking sucks as soon as you're done writing it? When I read something I just wrote it always seems so horribly written and juvenile and like I don't even understand syntax.

Yes, perfectly normal. Even professionals see this, and normally redo over and over, and even throw out ideas for not being what they want them to be.

What isn't normal is to ask about it online. But we live in strange times.
