Human error has the potential to be evident in everything we do.

It's simple, really.

Some things are easier than others to remedy once errors have been found. Like updated financial reports for companies. But you can't simply expect to refund all sales for a novel and start printing it again because a space was forgotten, or a misplaced apostrophe.
