Maybe Stanley Rosen in a few of his essays and his book on Zarathustra, but it's not a flipping of every position or anything. He points out that the arbitrary character of the Will to Power (i.e., that *what* is willed is less important than *that* it's willed and followed through on) kinda takes the wind out of his sails as far as arguing for nobility over baseness goes, so he ends not having any firm ground for rejecting the last men, nor pushing a transcending of values.
