I am 6'1 myself. 6'1 or 6'2 is the default size clothes are made these days, only then they adjust for larger/smaller sizes.
Finding right size clothing shouldn't be an issue if you live in a populated area or anywhere really because internet shopping exists.

No. Men's clothes are largely agnostic of gut size and sized by chest size, 42" long "fits" anyone on the tall side with a 42" chest regardless if they have a slim build or look like they are pregnant with triplets. To avoid this you either have to stick to athletic wear aimed towards people who are actually athletic or higher end clothes who think fat fucks should pay to get their clothes altered. Both are on the pricey side, athletic is cheaper but I don't want to always look like I just came from the gym.
