3x workout days
2x cardio
Monday: focus on either OACU or levers + accesories
Tuesday: cardio
Wednesday: FBW with front squats as main exercise
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: FBW with OHP, weighted ring dips or ring muscleups as main exercise
I'm combining both calistenics and free weights, so accesories are exercises like: Dumbbell curls, Barbell reverse curl, Different variations of ring dips and pullups, skin the cats, ab rollouts, toes to bar, nordic curls and nordic reverse curls, bulgarian split squats, pistol squats, and more

I'm a beginner, I do the same amount of workouts, full body
I focus on
>dips
>pullups
>training for hspu
>rows
Once i hit decent reps on dips and pullups I will just put on weight

3 workout days are perfect for me. When I was starting with lifting I did PPL, so I was in the gym 5-6 days a week. Those were the days, but now, being more experienced, I value stretching, cardiovascular endurance, and rest days way more.
If you do calisthenics, just remember to add straight-arm movements. Levers blow biceps like nothing else
