The degeneration of America is very complex. I think Evola comes close to pointing to the issue at the end of Revolt. Pentti Linkola's criticisms of America are good too.
Anyways, Europeans are, for all intents and purposes, Americanized now. Older Europeans most certainly weren't, but modern Europeans are indistinguishable from Americans. You're literally their vassal.
