I think they post process the scans that are publically available from google and others to print them, right? We just list books that are rare and that at least one person requested, then when they are available online we link to it (if public domain) or just say it is available online if copyrighted so that someone who wants to invest the time in digitizing it doesnt' reinvent the wheel. (more on that next time i do a video but i have family at home, including small children so not very doable right now)

I like science fiction, I've devoured every sci-fi movie there is. I've really enjoyed "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". It was fun, short and streigt to action. I also like fantasy movies, but I'm not sure if I would like reading fantasy as they're usually dense and slow to develop, I think.
I've never read many books, but my father was a book junkie and I want to get into reading.

Roadside Picnic is a great, short, and relatively easy read. Would definitely recommend it.
Personally, I just finished reading the first book of the Hyperion series (Dan Simmons) and enjoyed it a lot as well. The page count is a bit longer, but the way it's broken up you can easily read it in chunks if that's too much for you. Either way, it's an easy and enjoyable read, so it shouldn't be too hard to get into either. Asimov's Foundation series is a bit longer, but the first book especially is broken up into shorter story chunks as well. Also a great series.
Sci-fi in general isn't too challenging or slow to read.

If you're cool with short stories as well, check out Lovecraft.
