This book is bullshit. Also the title is misleading, because it says you should give the biggest fuck, but only on important stuff.

The real books you should read is Jung's Red Book and Black Books. They teach you how to not "give a fuck", but in a healthy psychological way.

The problem with such "mental" books is that it's psychological self help and outside of Jung I know not one psychological professional who is actually as good or better than Jung. In fact even meme giants like Freud are not only proven to be objectively wrong in everything he claimed to be psychological treatment, Jung even showed that Freuds ideas are dangerous, because wrong psychological "help" can lead to an inner bomb that when explodes ends in horrific stuff like offing yourself.
