Is pic related actually a decent/legit chart of is it a meme?
I have been a neet for some months but managed to larp myself through a job interview and now I need to completly change my habits/routines and get rid of the bad ones like browsing the web for hours/going to bed at 4 a.m.

You don't change habits by reading books about it
If you really need a guide, just do an internet search and you will find plenty of summary lists of those books, because all they are saying is dumb self-evident thrash like turn off your phone when you go to bed, avoid distractions when you are meant to work, and go hog-wild with distraction in the period between when you have to be productive and when it's time to get some rest in

I've listened to Eat that Frog! by Brian Tracy audiobook, and it's helpful too. It made me clean the house, do exercises, draw and study.

no, because you already know what you have to do. doing it and breaking habits is painful; literally, because you have to sever habituated neuronal patterns in your brain. so instead of doing this, your sneaky brain which wants to remain the way it is tricks you into false productivity; instead of doing the thing and making the change, you just "prepare" for the change perpetually, which feels good because you think you are making progress towards your goal when in actuality you aren't and are just desperately stalling. Former neet here Ive read 4 of those books (sorry for the terrible writing but im at work and I want to help another neet)
atomic habits first book Ive ever read after high school and still one of the best practical advice I still use today
deep work ok it basically is talking about how deep work its self is important
digital minimalism pretty good
your brain on porn, good information but its like reading a book on how junk food destroys the body its cool but a lot of people wont take it too heart and doesnt offer any good advice on how to eat healthy. Read ezpz method this actually stopped me watching porn for good but DONT read the summary you have to read the whole book best part is its free online to download
My advice is if you do read these books take notes and form them in your own sentences to have a better grasp on the understanding of the topic. Don’t read books simply for the sake of reading more books. Reading 1-2 books a month, taking notes and applying them to your life is superior than reading and not doing anything with said information. Again I cant stress this enough the most important thing as a NEET is TAKE ACTION self improvement books are useful but the one who has to do the work is you.
I recommend reading atomic habits first and then tiny habits (underrated book) to completely change your life. Congrats on the job and good luck
