Look man, as an aspiring author myself I can understand your desire to make a “gritty” and “true to life” storybook type thing.
But here’s the thing: your plot is ,quite frankly, unrealistic. A rando Austrian soldier bumbling his way up to the highest ranks of German power? Really? You expect me to believe that? No. It’s nonsensical. Please stick to marvel tripe if you’re gonna write these kinds of super hero plots.
Then there’s the whole antihero arc u got going on. Turning on the Jews? Rebuilding the country only to plunge it into a ruinous war with, checks notes the whole planet? Unrealistic for the kind of setting u started with!

Also liked how u fit ur weeb fetish by having him team up with der honorabru Japanese.

If you wrote a fiction with the exact details of Hitler's life and Germany's fate and it did not happen in this timeline, people would honestly think you were a retarded schizophrenic because the shit makes no sense in the realm of reason. It was completely in the realm of the divine. For how much that dude talked about providence, destiny and fate; the number of times he was almost killed (drowning as a child, gas attacks and bullet wounds in WW1, high treason against the state being commuted to a short sentence instead of death or life in prison, 4 dozen assasination attempts including a bomb less than 10 foot away from him, and severe health complications); and his chastity, foresight, devotion and Father archetype; I think he has a more realistic messiah personality and story than Jesus Christ in the Bible.
