How do you create order out of chaos /lit/? I have a clear vision of the beginning, middle and end of my story. But when I scroll trough the 78k words I've typed down so far I get overwhelmed by the absolute disorder of it all. Any advice?

Break down scenes into some kind of format and structure it in a way that you find digestable. I like scene/sequel format. Cross reference events in your notes to keep tabs on the logic of events and literary devices.
